We are currently (August 2008) looking for assistance for our two lawyer family law office. Applications are welcome from both prospective articling students and law clerks.

The ideal candidate will:

· Have an interest in family law;

· Have superior communication skills;

· Be able to conduct legal research using Quicklaw, Westlaw-eCARSWELL;

· Have good drafting skills and superior attention to detail;

· Be skilled in the use of MS Office.

This position will suit an individual who would enjoy the milieu of a comfortable home office. This position entails direct client contact and the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting family law cases.
